Estimate for external masonry repairs only—no report, no inside
or flue repairs needed. In our service area only. NOTE: if your chimney has been damaged by lightning or tornado, we
must do a Level II internal camera inspection because there could be hidden internal
damages to the structure. We highly recommend that this be done
anyway. Estimates for fireplace or internal flue repairs for masonry
chimneys will require a Level II inspection (see below)
by US - we cannot accept inspections from other companies because 90% of
the time we find something different. Call us FIRST to save time
and money.

Level I Visual Evaluation with report
(only for short, straight
flues with no offsets or prefabs) or furnace/boiler flues where a camera
will not fit.
ONLY if a Level II is not possible due to obstructions, or for most

(This is usually what is needed for most masonry chimneys)

Sweep chimney flue
(wood or gas fireplace or furnace)with

Includes hand brushing with sweep brushes to remove flammable creosote, clean out of smoke chamber,
clean firebox, clean glass doors, removal of debris, draft check, CO
test (for gas), free fireplace operation booklet. By a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep
and reviewed by our State Certified Fire Investigator.

Power-Cleaning
to remove glazed, baked on creosote that won't come off by
regular brushing methods. This involves use of a drill and chains or
wire whips and won't
hurt the flue tiles.

of ducts and dryer, check for correct connections and code installation of
vent pipe.

gauge) with written report. Gives results in inches of water column.
For larger homes with pressure problems.

Gas Hearth Appliance
Tune up/ Annual
Service: Includes cleaning of orifices, check for leaks, run test
burn, check chimney and flue visually, Carbon Monoxide (CO) backup test,
replace batteries in the remote and remote sensor if needed. Should be done
annually to avoid problems.

For venting and non-venting gas logs, gas inserts, gas freestanding
stove heaters.
Leak Diagnosis:
We guarantee we'll find the source of leaking problems around
chimneys! We check the flashing, cricket, crown, bricks, mortar
joints, chimney cover, and roof around the chimney.

Buckner, Parkville, Leavenworth, Oak Grove, etc.

We WILL travel to towns out of our normal service area during the months
of February - June ONLY. Please get several neighbors or friends
in your town to have their chimney swept at the same time to save money
on travel expenses.

complete report of our findings. Expert witness testimony or
