LICENSING
A Master Mechanical License is required to do chimney relining in many
cities in Missouri and Kansas. Anyone caught without a license must appear
before a judge and may be fined for not having a permit, and another fine
will be issued for not having a license. In addition, the homeowner
could also be fined. This is in place to protect consumers. Note: your insurance company must abide by city codes.
