This is a relining job we did for the Sulgrave Regency Condominiums. The flue liner had missing mortar joints and gaps that allowed heated flue gasses to escape the flue, which was a fire hazard. A HomeSaver brand 45 foot flexible stainless steel chimney liner was installed to serve a fireplace. The owner wanted to burn wood in the fireplace, so this was the only alternative.
| Scaffolding is being set up on the roof to access the chimney. | |
| The liner is pulled up on top of the roof ready to be hauled up with an electric winch to the chimney. | |

| Bottom of liner sealed to smoke chamber with high-temp mortar, and the chamber is being parge coated to seal it. |
