We installed a wood-fired commercial Forno Bravo oven at Cafe Europa
 323 E 55th Street in Kansas City.  www.cafeuropakc.com
All menu items including pizza, duck, scallops, beef, their famous Crestwood Burger, and baked goods are cooked in the wood-fired oven,
giving the foods a unique flavor.  This is one of our favorite restaurants and we can highly recommend a visit!
