Custom Chimney Cover Quote Form
In
order for us to give you a price for your custom-made
chimney cover, we will need the following information.

Measurements: Please draw a
diagram of the top of the chimney and location of flue
tiles, and all measurements below: It will also be helpful if you can send
us a photo of the top of the chimney.
1.) Exact Measurements of
the outside dimensions of the entire brick or stone chimney
just below the cement crown on all four sides.
2.) Exact
measurement from the top of the first stone or brick under
the crown to the top of each flue tile.
3.) Distance
between all flue tiles.
4.) Distance
between each flue tile and the edge of the crown.
5.) Note if
you are currently having any downdraft or smoking problems
with any fireplace. If so, your cover may require baffles
between the flues to avoid smoking through another flue.
